# Roadmap

### 🚀Milestone 1 - Launch & Key features

* 🪙**Launch of ChatX token:** launch of our token on the Ethreum Mainnet
* 🤖**Launch of ChatX telegram bot:** releasing our official ChatX telegram bot to set up access card guarded telegram portals
* 📈**Launch of access card trading DAPP - BETA:** release of the trading DAPP where access cards can be created, bought, and sold + a variety of settings, such as slippage.
* 💵**Initial marketing:** onboarding KOLs to use our platform

### ➕Milestone 2: Expanding utility & User friendliness

* 💲**Tier discounts**, holding the ChatX tokens gives you a discount on your access card trading fees. This includes setting up a Mainnet-Base syncing.
* 📈**Launch of access card trading DAPP - ALPHA**, improve features and maturize the DAPP to be a start-of-the-art trading application.
* 👥 **Feedback**, pushing updates based on user feedback to improve user friendliness
* 🤖 **Buy/sell bot,** similar to bobbybuybot but then for our access cards!
* 🌍 **Website version**, the initial DAPP is mainly build to be used on a smartphone. We will update the DAPP to facilitate easy set-up and trading on your browser as well.
* 🤝**Partnerships**, we aim to seal some big partnerships with influencers as well as other utilities to integrate our bot
* 🤖 **Anti-bot cards,** we aim to develop very cheap access cards that can serve as antibot feature. When in attack charging a negligible small fee should keep out bots. 

### 💎Milestone 3: Revenue sharing  & New pricing models

* 👛 **Revenue sharing**, 1% of the fees collected during the access card trading are sent to a separate wallet from the start. These fees, and coming fees, will be distributed among token holders
* ⛽**Add pricing models**, we will add purely static fees so an owner does not receive a % of the trading fee but can instead receives the full access card payment minus ChatX fees (revenue + protocol). In addition, we will expand our current pricing models with among others a logarithmic curve. 
* 📋 **Copy mode**, no manual set-up simply copy the settings of another project

### 🌈 Milestone 4: Advanced features & Expansion beyond web3

These are ideas we have to further increase adoption and are subjective to change.

* 🪙**Monetizing web2**, our web3 solution can be adopted in web2 ecosystems to grant access to chats. Think of tweets on private X accounts, Instagram, etc. While we likely cannot plug in here directly we could create portals similar to those for telegram. Alternatively, we will simply integrate a direct connection between X and Telegram such that you can share a protected message on your X account that will be routed through the access bot in order to be viewed on Telegram.
* 🤳**Wallet-less transactions**, something you might want to buy/sell access cards really fast and don't want to open Metamask and sign the transaction. To solve this we will develop a new smart contract to which you can deposit a small amount of ETH. You can then go to the DAPP and simply press buy/sell which will invoke our DAPP to sign the transaction with the deposited ETH
